The blog that I am writing about is called “John Loomer” and its URL is: John Loomer.
The name of the site is pretty short, there's nothing too wild and out there about it. It’s just the author's name.
The blog first started publishing back on August 29th 2011, with an article titled “Entering the Free Agent Market” It’s a short 421 word story about how Jon is feeling after getting laid off a few weeks earlier. It uses sports analogies and humor to drag the reader in, and it’s quite optimistic for Jon.
There are 4 writers for Jon Loomer, but he writes the most of anyone.
In the last 30 days, Jon has posted four times. The last blog written was a setup guide about GA4 Partner Integration with Meta Events Manage.
All of the posts are short, about a paragraph full of information about advertising and marketing. Usually each post is accompanied with a photo to help show the reader how things work .
Posts are made sporadically, but quite often.
The articles used to help readers learn how marketing and advertising works. It describes what's currently in the market and how readers can use it to their advantage. The site also connects to Jon’s TikTok page where he explains everything in video form. At the very bottom of the page you can find several of his social medias.
There is a comment section, where people do talk about the blog, usually a small handful.
The blog does make money, there are several links to sign up and subscribe to the blog. He probably also makes a lot of money on his social media pages
I do like how this website is set up, you can find his earliest works rather easily, as well as search for the information you need. The posts are short enough to keep the reader's attention, but are long enough to fit all of the information that is needed. The thumbnails for the posts are brightly colored and eye-catching. At the very bottom there are several links to help the readers through their marketing journeys. I really like that he has all of his social medias are linked and some embedded into his blog. There's a menu page that provides ease of access to the blog, paid content, free content and videos. It makes me want to click and learn more. There is also a consistent color theme throughout that doesn't distract the viewer too much.
